Experience. Expertise. A Reputation Built Over 37 Years.

I’m Sharon Hodnett, a North Texas real estate professional with 37 years of experience helping clients buy and sell homes, luxury properties, and land.

Based at Keller Williams Southlake, I serve clients throughout Southlake, Colleyville, Keller, Grapevine, Trophy Club, Flower Mound, and surrounding North Texas communities.

Over the years, I’ve built my business around three things: experience, relationships, and results. I’m known for my market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and hands-on approach to every transaction.

My career has been recognized with honors including the Forbes Five-Star Legend Award, 12-Time Five Star Real Estate Agent, and recognition among the top teams in the nation.

But for me, real estate has always been about more than awards.

I believe my role is to be your advisor, counselor, and expert throughout the process. Whether you’re buying your next home or selling a luxury property, I’m here to make the experience clear, strategic, and as smooth as possible.

I’m also a proud mother of five and grandmother of thirteen, and I’m deeply connected to the North Texas community.
